DISCOGRAPHY:
The orchestra’s present incarnation will perform the set in concert and on disc as Les Symphonies Parisiennes de Haydn, a unique project among period instrument orchestras.
Over the next five years, each season will include a concert with a programme appropriate to the age, mixing different genres and artists: one of the Paris Symphonies complemented by lyric or sacred works from the end of the eighteenth century.
Each year, a different soloist will be invited: Sandrine Piau in 2016, Justin Taylor in 2017, soloists from the orchestra itself for an orchestral concerto in 2018…
And as Le Concert de la Loge Olympique gave its concerts at the Tuileries from 1786, this project will be conducted in partnership with the Auditorium of the Louvre Museum which is in essence the same palace.
